- Policymakers and other stakeholders were provided with quantified data on the health, environmental, and economic impacts.
- Cost-benefit analysis done, prioritizing costs of various proposed air pollution mitigation scenarios with health and GHG cost benefits occurring from these scenarios
- Similar studies have been performed in a few other countries including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, South Korea, China and the Philippines
